In November 2019, for my Human Interface Design course, I was tasked with designing a mobile app for a food delivery service. This client-focused project involved studying and analyzing existing food delivery apps to identify areas for improvement and create our own application.

Competitor’s Service

The current solution (application) for online food delivery is specified to be Lineman. We've outlined some of the expected usability issues that could happen from ordering our competitor's food delivery service application.

Our research, conducted through interviews and discussions with roughly 40 classmates, revealed that application efficiency was a key area for improvement.
